BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Despite concerns, the weather has yet to create significant impacts on travel in and out of Boston.

It appears Santa has Boston Logan on the nice list, as some travelers say so far, so good when it comes to getting in and out of their destinations.

"No, everything was smooth sailing, no lines, no nothing," one person said.

According to FlightAware, at least 89 flights have been delayed at Logan while only six flights have been cancelled.

"Holiday travel is always hectic. Now, you add a storm to that mix, and it's twice as bad," another traveler said.

Boston will see periods of snow on Tuesday with temperatures reaching the mid 30's. Marla and her son Ty are hoping to beat the snow.

"With the one-year-old. It's it's kind of difficult," Marla said. "The faster we can get on the plane and get everything loaded and whatever, you know, it's a lot."

Travelers are encouraged to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their departure. They should also check in to ensure that there are no changes to their flights.

"We got here on time. Actually, we landed early. It's satisfying, and we're ready to spend a good Christmas with our family," another traveler said.
