BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Remaining patient at the airport during one of the busiest days of the year isn't always easy, but some travelers are doing their best to deal with the circumstances.
At Boston Logan Airport, there are plenty of long bags filled with skis, sun hats for the Caribbean, and others carrying the gifts they received under their arms, heading home. At the start of this holiday season, TSA predicted this would be the busiest day for air travel.
"There's a lot of people at the airport today. I don't know, just hope for the best," one traveler said.
Delays and cancellations are rampant at the airport. According to FlightAware, at least 123 flights have been delayed and 37 canceled at Logan Airport.
"Get to the airport early. Our flight was delayed, so we're just on top of it, I guess," one local said.

While the interruptions started early for travelers and many passengers at Terminal A think that is what to be expected for what TSA believes is the busiest day for air travel.
"I'm expecting more delays. It's Boston. It's snow," another traveler said.
By the end of the holiday season, the agency expects to screen some 44 million passengers nationwide. But delays are nay for Boston travelers. It's all about perspective.
"Worry about what's in your control and don't worry about what's not in your control," one man said.
