REVERE, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Smoothies are on the menu at a new Revere Beach coffee shop.

And it offers customers a novel way of making their own smoothie: by pedal power.

Diana Cardona and her twin sister just opened 'Chocolaffee' that features a 'blender bicycle.'

The bike is located out in front and features a platform that holds a blender connected to the pedals. "So you just have to pedal to blend your own juice," Diana said. "Pedal for about 40 to 50 seconds and you make your smoothie!"

Chocolaffee is located on Dehon Street off of Centennial Avenue.
