POOLER, Ga. (WSAV) — The 2025 St. Jude Dream Home is now taking shape in Pooler.
Local builder, Landmark24 Homes, gathered at the site this morning with its trade partners to hold a groundbreaking. It's the company's third consecutive year of building the home at no cost to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
This year's home is located in the Harmony neighborhood and the floorplan is called Pinehurst II. It will be 2,400 square feet on two levels with the primary suite on the main floor.
The estimated value is nearly $600,000.
Only 8,000 tickets are being sold. They will go on sale in March.
