RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WSAV) — A unique development has officially opened its doors in Bryan County that is serving the senior citizen community.
WSAV took a look at the Carrington Town Center in Richmond Hill.
It features 29 new affordable apartments for residents 55 and older. It's conveniently located above a brand-new senior center.
Developers said it's a public-private partnership that aims to address housing needs and expand access to essential services.
The new senior center is 9,000 square feet and there are still a few apartments left for seniors in need of affordable housing.
