BEAUFORT, S.C. (WSAV) - The Burton Fire Department (BFD) and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort Fire and Emergency Services Department responded to a camper ablaze on Wednesday night.
According to a post on X at about 8:02 p.m., BFD was on the scene of a fully involved camper on Joppa Road near the Shell Point Community.
The department states that the blaze is endangering nearby structures.
