BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The latest stretch of spring weather has New Englanders thinking of warmer days to come.
And so are the folks at Zoo New England.
Families are being invited to visit the zoo's spring interactive events at Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo over the next few weeks.
Some of the highlights include April school vacation week at Franklin Park Zoo, where residents who sign up on the Zoo New England website will receive free tree saplings.
Apr. 11 is Princess and Superheroes Day at Stone Zoo.
Also at Stone Zoo is World Flamingo Day on Apr. 26, when guests are encouraged to wear pink to help celebrate these magnificent birds.
