BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Christmas is now a spirit of holiday past as some Bostonians are ready to store away decorations until next year.
Locals were pretty split on the topic: When should holiday decorations be taken down?
Some said the days between Christmas and New Year’s are the perfect time to say farewell to Christmas.
“When I see the lights and Christmas stuff still up, I’m like ‘guys, it’s time to get festive for other stuff,’” another resident said.
People on the other side said all decorations add a little character and charm, no matter the theme.
“We usually leave them up until May [because] we’re lazy too,” one person said.
