Boston Police Asking For Public's Help In Search For Missing Dog

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The Boston Police Department is asking for the public’s help in the search for two men who have been suspected of stealing a dog on Wednesday afternoon, according to a department press release.  

The dog has been identified as Bodega and was last seen on a scooter belonging to the alleged suspects near Quincy St. and Ceylon St. in Roxbury.  

The French Bulldog was identified as Bodega near Ceylon Street in Roxbury. The dog was last seen on a scooter belonging to the alleged suspects near Quincy and Ceylon streets.  

Boston Police have encouraged anybody with information to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617)-343-4275.  

Police said people can contact them anonymously "by calling the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1 (800) 494-TIPS or by texting the word ‘TIP’ to CRIME (27463)."
