There's another guilty plea in the Sam Norqduist murder case.
Kyle Sage pleaded guilty to two counts in his indictment this morning, including 2nd-degree murder.
He'll be sentenced to 40 years to life in prison on December 2nd.
In all, 7 people were accused of holding Nordquist captive over several months and torturing him at a hotel in Hopewell.
His body was found in a field in Yates County in February of last year.
Three of the other seven defendants have already pleaded guilty.
