Lorain police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that left a 22-year-old electric bike rider with serious injuries.
The collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Oberlin Avenue and West 12th Street.
Authorities report that the driver involved fled the scene, and the investigation remains ongoing.
