A new survey by Talker Research reveals that 47% of people say they turn down plans after 9 p.m. without guilt. Other findings:
- 41% of people have told loved ones not to invite them out at certain times because they’ll be in bed
- 55% of Gen Zers have told loved ones about time restrictions for plans
- 64% of people say the best kind of weekend is one with no plans
