Sriracha Cheese Sliders
Serves 4
Here is what you need:
8 pre-made slider ground beef patties
8 slider size potato burger buns
8 ounces of cheese, American or Velveeta
1 to 2 TBS sriracha sauce
1 tsp Kosher salt
½ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
For topping: lettuce, red onion sliced very thin, crushed fried jalapenos
Here is what you need to do:
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and cumin in a small bowl. Evenly sprinkle on both sides of the patties and place on the counter for about 30 minutes.
Melt the cheese in a saucepan and add sriracha a little at a time to your taste.
Place the patties on a hot grill and cook about 2 minutes per side, it will depend on how thick your patties are how rare you like your burger.
Remove the patties then lightly toast the cut sides of you buns.
Build the sliders. Start with lettuce on the bottom bun then the patty, onions, jalapenos, cheese sauce and top bun. Let’s Eat!!
