(Des Moines, IA) -- An 18-year old has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man near the Iowa State Capitol in Des Moines.
City police say Juan Hernandez-Sarceno shot the 42-year old victim in the head during a dispute over a potential drug deal.
They found the man dead Thursday morning in the 13-hundred block of Des Moines Street.
Sarceno faces a charge of first degree murder.
The investigation continues.
