By now, you've probably seen a dozen or more articles announcing that MTV has shut down its music channels.
But what most of those articles are conveniently ignoring . . . either out of ignorance or for the sake of clickbait . . . is that there are still MTV channels that show videos in the U.S.
The shutdown affects MTV's music channels in the UK, Australia, France, Poland, Brazil, and other countries.
But as of last night, American vidiots still have MTV Live and MTV Classic. That could certainly change, but currently there's no word if Paramount has plans to shut those down.
Obviously, the flagship MTV channel isn't going anywhere, so you can still get your fill of teen moms and Jersey apes.
