She's spent the holiday season lit up, but Sandi Tree in West Palm Beach is coming down this weekend.
Crews on Sunday will begin demolishing the 35 foot, 700 ton sand sculpture, billed as the only such sculpture in the world.
The sand will be loaded onto trucks and driven away. But city officials say that same sand will be recycled and used in different city projects.
The final light shows were presented on New Year's Eve.
