Back to prison

Haracio Harris, a man previously on parole, is returning to prison after being involved in a series of robberies targeting marijuana dispensaries, including one in northern Kent County. Harris was arrested in late 2024 and has now been sentenced to serve between one and five years in prison. This recent conviction marks the sixth felony charge against him.

Harris was part of a group of thieves known for robbing phone stores, which later expanded their criminal activities to include marijuana dispensaries. The court's decision to impose a prison sentence reflects the seriousness of his repeated offenses.

The case highlights ongoing concerns about thefts targeting marijuana dispensaries, which have become more frequent as the industry grows. Law enforcement continues to address these crimes to ensure the safety and security of businesses and communities.
