Beaumont police are investigating two shootings. The first was late yesterday afternoon outside the Food Basket convenience store in the 2800 block of East Lucas where three teens exchanged gunfire. A second shooting occurred around 1:00 this morning in the 4100 block of Maida. A 17 year old is confirmed dead from one of the shootings.
