Advanced practice providers on strike against Legacy Health have reached their second tentative agreement after the first agreement failed to pass a vote. The new contract has higher pay, extra shift pay, higher pay for nights and extended shifts, and creation of a Labor-Management Committee to improve communication and address workplace issues. The strike will end before the contract is ratified. If it's not ratified, there will be a three month cooling off period, then negotiations will resume and the strike will not continue.
