(Omaha, NE) -- Omaha Police are investigating a homicide.
Monday evening, Officers were sent to 84th and White Eagle Court, near 84th between "L" and "Q" Streets, for a wellness check.
Upon arrival, they found 76-year-old Donald Bogacz deceased inside the home.
Investigators say his spouse, 71-year-old Brenda Bogacz, was booked into jail for criminal homicide.
