Cookie Monster Didn't Eat Cookies? My Childhood Is A Lie!!!

I remember as a kid watching Cookie Monster from Sesame Street munch some tasty cookies...a LOT. So now you're telling me C didn't stand for cookie?

Now lets be real. I know he's a puppet and he wasn't actually eating cookies, and I mean a lot. But that's what we knew him for. Turns out......Cookie Monster.....Was Eating.....RICE CAKES??

There's a book out called "Sesame Street Unpaved," and they said in the book that they had to use rice cakes, to preserve Cookie's fur from becoming a greasy mess because of the oils and chocolate in a gooey chocolate chip cookie.

Sure, I feel lied to, but C will always stand for cookie for me.
