On Christmas morning, an anonymous donor paid emergency room fees for pet owners at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital near Denver.
The donor arrived with envelopes containing cash and stayed for several hours, covering fees for at least 10 people and leaving additional envelopes for future patients.
The donor’s contributions helped pet owners who weren’t sure how they’d be able to afford emergency care and made it so several animals could receive immediate treatment. The donor also gave $400 to the hospital’s charity fund before leaving.
