One firefighter was treated at a hospital for a cut that was suffered helping another firefighter out of a burning home late Friday morning in north Omaha.
The fire at 24th and Hartman Avenue heavily damaged the house, displacing residents.
The firefighter getting help out a window was doing an initial search as flames and smoke quickly filled the structure.
The cause is under investigation.
