Murder Terry Rose is on his way to prison for 40 years. Judge Raquel West sentenced Rose yesterday for the 1999 murder of Kimberly Langwell. Her body was found buried in his home on Linburg Street in Beaumont last year, 25 years after she was reported missing. He pleaded guilty and must serve at least half of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole at the age of 88.
