In a master class on how to treat those who work for you, Swift handed out bonuses to those who work on her Eras Tour to the tune of $197 million…on top of the salaries they already pulled in. In one example, a crew member named Robert received a hand-written note from Swift thanking him for his efforts during the U.S. leg of the tour…with a bonus of $100K.
