When the homes of a subdivision or neighborhood all jump onboard with the idea of lighting up for Christmas, it brings out people. Perhaps that is why more do not do it ... they don't want to endure all of the traffic. But when it is done right it is a wonderful thing.
This is a casul stroll in Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, New York. Given that someone else filmed this (in beautiful 4K), this is the safest way to walk the streets of Brooklyn at night, too!
