A federal grand jury in Beaumont has indicted a Jefferson County man and woman for drug trafficking. 34 year old Starr Ann Brocato , of Nederland and 47 year old John Wayne Brooks, of Port Neches are accused of being involved in a conspiracy to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. Trial dates have not been set.
