SCOTUS Agrees To Hear Oral Arguments On Trump's Birthright Citizenship EO

Steps to the United States Supreme Court, Washington DC, America

On his first day in office, President Trump signed an executive order aiming to help clarify the 14th amendment, which grants birthright citizenship. The order aimed to prevent the children of illegal aliens from gaining U.S. citizenship.

It was, as you might expect, immediately challenged by radical leftists and activist judges across the country, and has finally made it's way up to the U.S. Supreme Court, who has agreed to hear oral arguments in the case.

It's unclear when exactly the Supreme Court will hear the case, or how they might rule on it.
