A Beaumont man has been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury for capital murder/retaliation. 53 year old Larry Fitzgerald Williams is charged with the June 21st shooting death of 51 year old Brian Keith Lewis in the 1900 block of Delaware in Beaumont. Lewis, who was going to testify against Williams in an assault case, was shot as he was mowing his lawn.
