Gunna Announces Final Album Under YSL

Gunna's next project will be his last album under YSL Records. The Atlanta rapper dropped the news, but the message was loud and clear: he’s moving on from the label that helped launch his career.

The announcement comes as Gunna continues to rebuild his image post-2022, following the YSL RICO case that shook the hip-hop world. Despite the controversy, he’s been on a serious comeback — topping charts, selling out shows, and proving he hasn’t lost his touch.

Gunna’s 2020 album Wunna debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, cementing his place as a star and becoming one of the biggest trap albums of that year.

Gunna hasn’t revealed what’s next after YSL, but fans are already speculating about a new label move; possibly independent or even launching his own imprint.

Gunna was originally discovered through Young Thug’s circle and featured on Thug’s Slime Season tapes before officially signing with YSL in 2016.

Whatever’s coming next, one thing’s clear Gunna is doing what's best and needed for himself.

Drop your thoughts below......are you here for Gunna stepping away from YSL and focusing on what’s best for his future?
