(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Tama County woman accused of killing her husband has taken the stand in her own murder trial.
Karina Cooper is accused of shooting her husband, Ryan Cooper, in 2021, possibly with help from Huston Danker, who she was reportedly having an affair with. She was arrested in February 2024.
If she's found guilty, she’ll face life in prison without the possibility of parole.
