Chatham and Orleans will be holding their Independence Day fireworks shows on Wednesday, July 2nd.
Chatham's Fireworks Spectacular takes place at Veterans Field starting with kids' activities at 7 p.m. and patriotic music at 8 followed by fireworks.
Parking restrictions and road closures will start at 6 p.m. In Orleans, there will be fireworks at Rock Harbor beginning at dusk.
The best viewing spots include Rock Harbor, Boat Meadow Landing and Crosby Beach.
The Orleans Fourth of July parade takes place Friday.
