Special prosecutor Hank Brennan says he's disappointed that Karen Read was acquitted of charges related to the 2022 death of John O'Keefe in Canton.
Brennan also is upset that justice could not be achieved for the family of O'Keefe, a Boston cop found dead in Canton over three years ago.
Read was only convicted of OUI after a long trial, and received the first time offender sentence of a year's probation.
Brennan says after a thorough review of the evidence, he still believes it only points to Read as the person responsible for her boyfriend's death.
