>Manheim Township Police Chief To Be Terminated
(Lancaster County, PA) -- A Lancaster County police chief placed on administrative leave after an off-duty incident is being terminated. The Manheim Township Board of Commissioners gave 30-days notice to Chief Duane Fisher yesterday that they are ending his contract. The decision comes almost two months after Fisher was seen on video pulling a gun on a motorcyclist while trying to make an off-duty stop. The Board said terminating Fisher is "simply an acknowledgment" that the incident has become "untenable for all parties involved."
