Some strong words today from Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, who said he was "stunned" by Governor Abbott's decision to veto SB 3, the THC ban.
Patrick said that Abbott had assured him the bill "was fine", and he called out the Governor for not working with him, and "parachuting in" at the last minute.
Patrick also said that Abbott wants to legalize marijuana in the state of Texas.
