The saga continues with Ed Sheeran and the copyright lawsuit alleging he copied Marvin Gaye's"Let's Get It On" in his song "Thinking Out Loud."
According to People, not too long ago a judge decided to dismiss the case which was filed by Structured Asset Sales, who had copyright interest in the song.
However, they note that the Supreme Court JUST rejected a move to revive a copyright lawsuit all over again! The lawsuit was looking for monetary damages, but it looks like Ed is in the clear again!
