According to multiple sources, Shohei Ohtani will make his pitching debut for the Dodgers TONIGHT against the Padres.
The Dodgers have opted to start Shohei now in limit fashion (he'll only pitch one or two innings), rather than have him build up in the minor. It's obvious the Dodgers need his bat in the lineup, and since it seems they did all they can do with bullpen sessions, it's now SHO-TIME on the mound.... FINALLY.
Ohtani throws the first pitch at 7:10 tonight and you can hear it all on our sister station 570 AM in L.A.
