Ever wish your neighbor's dreamy backyard pool could be yours for the afternoon? Thanks to Swimply, an app that lets you rent private pools by the hour in over 150 cities, it can be. Hosts can rake in serious side income (some over $100-thousand a year!), while families, lap swimmers, and even pet owners get a splashy, local escape.
