A man who was shot near the Chad Brown housing complex in Providence has died.
Police were called to March Street just before 7 p.m. Wednesday where they found the 29-year-old with a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to Rhode Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is no word on the circumstances that led to the shooting.
