A New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) worker sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle on State Route 7 in Pittstown on Thursday (May 29). The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. near the intersection of Campbell Lane. The worker, identified as a male highway maintenance employee, was airlifted to Albany Medical Center for treatment. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
