GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Michigan State Police officials have confirmed that someone is dead following a crash on U.S. 131 near Interstate 196 this morning.
Details remain limited. An update from MSP is expected at some point today.
WOOD-TV says it has spotted a van or a large SUV with significant damage.
The crash is located south of the Leonard Street exit in the northbound lanes.
