AMC Theatres will offer 50% off adult movie tickets on Wednesdays for AMC Stubs rewards program members starting July 9th.
The chain already offers discounted tickets on Tuesdays for Stubs members. The move comes as cinemas face challenges from the pandemic, strikes, and streaming services.
CEO Adam Aron credits recent movie successes for the pricing change, which will coincide with the release of "Jurassic World: Rebirth" and "Superman." The 50% off deal may have exclusions and a limited duration
