Baltimore Ravens K Justin Tucker is currently under investigation by the NFL for inappropriate behavior stemming from accusations of sexual misconduct made by 16 different massage therapists and he has subsequently been released by the Ravens. They framed it as a “football decision” despite the allegations, but we all know they are just trying to stay above the fray because they simply cannot have this guy on their roster with the investigation hanging over his head.
Doug Gottlieb: “I just think this was the smartest, easiest way to do it in a non-confrontational way because they couldn’t have him on the football field…They made it into a football decision. And oh yeah, by the way, these are all allegations, OK? It doesn’t look good. I mean, none of us are saying that it looks good, but…there has been no civil trial, there have been no settlements, there’s no criminal trial even on the docket so these are merely allegations.”
