Nike is flipping the script with its latest Air Force 1s, which come fresh out of the box looking totally trashed — think scuffed, stained, and frayed — for a cool $130. But here’s the twist: the more you wear them, the “cleaner” they get, thanks to a special scratch-off texture. Each pair includes vintage-style laces and even a brush in case you’re feeling impatient about getting them their cleanest. The kicks drop Wednesday (May 7th) and sneakerheads are already making cracks about them, with one commenter writing that they’re wearing a pair right now, and another joking, “Plot twist, they’re just returns.”
