A Florida man who has been arrested 30 times and is clearly not very good at evading authorities, was recently arrested again after daring police to "catch me if you can."
Jeffrey Hirschkorn's rap sheet contains 74 prior felony charges, 30 convictions, and five incarcerations. Police say a local car dealership called them after several failed attempts to collect thousands of dollars that Hirschkorn owed them. Cops got an arrest warrant, located Hirschkorn, and arrested him again for fraud. (Fox 13 Tampa)
