(Moline, IL) -- A Quad Cities mall is getting a new owner.
The city of Moline says retail investment group Macerich has sold SouthPark Mall to Kohan Retail Investment Group.
The purchase price hasn't been released.
The city says they hope to work with the new owners to revitalize the 51 year-old mall property.
Moline cancelled a TIF district for the mall two years ago.
Macerich is retaining ownership of NorthPark Mall in Davenport.
Kohan also owns Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids.
