The Lerner Company says it has entered into a contract to develop "Gretna Crossing Shopping Center," a retail project at the intersection of Nebraska Highway 370 and 192nd Street in Gretna.
The company says in a news release the site has a half - mile of frontage on Highway 370, will occupy up to 70 acres, and will ultimately house up to half -a -million square feet of retail businesses and services.
The Lerner Company points to access to both the I-80 interchange at 370 and the new I-80 Interstate exchange approved for 192nd Street.
