In a new interview, John Cena Explains How He Covered His Bald Spot

In a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, former wrestler and now actor John Cena admitted that he underwent hair transplant surgery and suggested he was bullied into it.

"It's coming in, I listen to you idiots, I do," he said on the show this week. "You have to take the ones from the side and plug them in on top. It just takes a while to come in. It's coming in. Hopefully, in a couple of months, it looks better. There's another headline: Hair transplant. There is no shame in that. I have a problem, I try to fix it. I'm not going to tell you who did it because I'm still waiting for it to get better."

He said he heard people rip him "to shreds" over his appearance in recent years, which he thinks isn't fair because of how common hair loss is in men. He said he got it done in November 2024, but he wishes he had someone talk to him about it a bit more gently.
