Omaha Police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 176th and Q Streets Monday evening.
OPD Accident Investigators say a Ford F350, driven by 32-year old Christopher Luke, was westbound on Q Street when it collided with a Subaru Outback driven by 16-year old Elise Cole that was southbound on 176th Avenue.
Omaha Fire Paramedics took the drivers of both vehicles to a hospital, where Elise Cole was pronounced dead.
