GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - State health officials have confirmed a measles outbreak in Montcalm County.
Three cases have been linked to a large ongoing outbreak in Ontario.
An outbreak is defined as three or more related cases.
Statewide, seven cases have been reported this year.
